Plastic Container Corporation manufactures extrusion blow-molded plastic bottles for health and beauty, lawn care, automotive appearance and additive, and household chemical markets. We produce bottles from common extrusion blow-molded materials, including polyethylene and PCV. Plastic Container Corporation operates two strategically-located facilities in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, and Brownsville, Tennessee. The Champaign-Urbana facility is 100,000 square feet, located conveniently at the crossroads of three interstate highways. This world-class facility produces bottles in temperature-controlled environments for optimal manufacturing conditions year-round. The Brownsville, Tennessee facility is 160,000 square feet, located approximately 50 miles east of Memphis on Interstate 40. This proximity to great interstate shipping lanes allows for convenient freight around the clock. Plastic Container Corporation produces bottles in a wide range of sizes and materials to suit your needs. Our staff is available to manage your bottle project from concept to completion. Proprietary designs are treated with the utmost care and confidentiality. A wide selection of stock bottles are also available. All of our extrusion blow molders are microprocessor equipped for maximum repeatability and process control. Our state-of-the-art shuttle molders, combined with our highly dedicated and experienced staff, to produce world-class quality and consistency. A wide range of tooling and extrusion heads are available to optimize cavitation for your projects. Each production line is independently supplied by material handling and blending systems that are calibrated for precise control of color concentrate, and additives, such as PCR. Packaging options include bulk cartons, reshippers, stretch wrap, and palletized or tray pack. Both of our facilities provide 24 hour, 7 day a week production, warehousing, and shipping. Customer inventories are maintained to facilitate just-in-time deliveries. We also stock many raw materials in order to accommodate the last-minute needs of a demanding marketplace.
